
Minor Protection Policy
We have implemented a Minor Protection Policy at our facilities, the aim of which is to ensure the safety of all persons under the age of 18 staying on the premises. We implement this policy in accordance with the Act of July 28, 2023, amended on May 13, 2016, on Counteracting the Threat of Sexual Crime and the Protection of Minors.
Our staff implements the principles of the Minor Protection Policy, which includes the following principles:
Receiving Guests.
Minors (under 18 years of age) cannot make a reservation or check in without an adult present.
Identification document required.
In order to check a minor into our facility, a valid ID document (e.g. ID card, passport or school ID) is required.
Mandatory authorization to care for a minor.
In the case of guardians who are not the minor's parents, a document authorizing them to provide care for the minor is required.
Safety of minors inside the facility.
Our staff is educated and attentive to the safety of underage guests.
Safety in the event of a missing minor.
If a minor guest goes missing, please inform reception immediately. We work with local emergency services to ensure a quick and effective response.
Privacy and security of personal data.
The personal data of minor Guests are stored in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations.
Support and assistance.
Our staff is at your disposal to provide support and assistance in all matters related to the stay of minors at the facility.
